David Zelenski has spent the bulk of his career focused on class-wide employment litigation under the California Labor Code and the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. He also has substantial experience litigating consumer-protection matters on a class-wide basis.
David was recognized eight times as a Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star," and three times by Pasadena Magazine as a Top Attorney. In addition, his law-school Note, Talent Agents, Personal Managers, and Their Conflicts in the New Hollywood, 76 S. Cal. L. Rev. 979 (2003), was cited by the California Supreme Court in Marathon Entertainment, Inc. v. Blasi, 42 Cal. 4th 974 (2008).
David earned his J.D. at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he recently taught as an adjunct professor. During law school, he served as a Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Prior to law school, he graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Reed College, with a B.A. in economics.
